Petra’s first exhibition in the Netherlands after eight years in Asia is at Huis Kernhem in Ede. In this beautiful environment the exposition is very well received by enthusiastic visitors, and a frequently heard comment is that the works of art of Ineke and Petra together reinforce each other. The reason for this well fitting combination could be that both artists lived for more than 25 years in colorful countries around the world, which must have had a positive influence on their work.
During one of the weekends the sun is giving some extra light and shade effect on the sculptures.
The opening of the exhibition is done by Ruud ten Hoedt. The photos below show some impressions of the visitors. They came from all parts of the country to see the exhibition located very near the geographical center of The Netherlands.
